The model offered by LabLand features a robust metal body with electrostatic powder coating, resistant to acids and impact. Its strong rotor can reach up to 8,000 RPM without any vibration, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The control system is manufactured by Siemens (Germany), providing a user-friendly panel for easy and precise operation
Thanks to the gearbox rotor, the mixer ensures uniform and stable speed over extended periods within the allowable viscosity range. It also includes an electric height adjustment switch to ensure the sample is correctly positioned for uniform mixing. The sample holder is secured with adjustable clamps (lockers), ensuring user safety even at high speeds
This mixer comes with the high shear impeller as well as other impellers such as turbine and paddle types in different sizes, making it versatile for virtually any type of mixture. It can handle volumes from 500 mL up to a maximum nominal capacity of 10 liters
